   This year the ride will begin in the small town of Crystal Nevada, on Hwy 160 about 20 miles outside of Pahrump. We will make our way back to Pahrump and end with a grand finale ride through the Wild West Boomtown at the Saddle West Hotel & Casino.

There is going to be a Cowboy Camp Out, in Crystal at the Short Branch. Plenty of room to picket your horses. Any new riders that would like to join us, please do. We are going to have an old fashioned cook out and camp fire the night before. Cook your own Steaks, bring your guitar, corral your horses, boys & girls, come get some grub. don't forget your bed rolls.
This year is a little different, please make reservations ahead of time for your Steaks.
For those of you that would like to tone up a little before the Pony Express Trail Ride. There will be a "conditioning ride" the last weekend of every month until September. Call 775-751-0833 for times and location.

The Pahrump Valley Chamber of Commerce is excited to combine the Pony Express Trail Ride with the Pahrump Wild West Extravaganza.
Riders Package

The Pony Express Trail Ride 2007 will be held on Saturday, September 29th. The entry fee is $25.00 and includes the following:

• Entry into ride
• 2 - gifts (Commemorative Bandana & Hat Pin)
• 1 - 2007 PETR Envelope with stamp
• 1 detailed map of trail & check points, and sign-in instructions with ride rules
• inserts from sponsors - coupons & special offers

   Packages will be handed to paid entrants the morning of the ride with a release form to be signed and submitted at sign-in on that day. When riders submit release form they will be given the Pony Express Bandana to wear on the ride. Riders without this years Bandana will not be allowed to ride.

   At end of ride each rider will receive a certificate of completion to be presented at the Wild West Extravaganza Saturday, September 29th at 5:00 PM.

  Special recognition
